A woman has had her beloved cat Daisy returned to her after 11 years since she reported her missing. Sian Sexton had moved to Caerphilly from Dorset in 2012, but Daisy had not returned. Last week, Daisy was brought to the clinic by local people who were worried about her health.

Daisy had cat flu and was coughing and sneezing. The people who brought her didn't think she would survive another winter outside. Now, at 17 years old, Daisy has responded well to medication but is in her final days. Ms Sexton was shocked when she learned Daisy had been microchipped.

Once Daisy recovers, she will reunite with her previous owner and meet the other two cats in the family, who have been living as wild cats for years. Miss Sexton is curious about how they will interact, considering Daisy's affectionate nature and love for cuddles. She mentioned that she and her husband plan to move to a house in Bridgend soon, so Daisy may have to become a house cat permanently. "I just don't want her to get lost again," she said.

A woman in England was scared when her cat brought a tarantula into her apartment.According to the Daily Star, the 33-year-old found a large spider, put it in a plastic tub, and called 911.

However, she was informed that it was only the spider's shed skin, leaving her worried that the actual spider might still be in her house. Later, an employee at a reptile shop suggested that the spider could be a female nesting in her home due to its size.

Vanessa searched for the owner of the lost tarantula but found no one. Worried, she couldn't sleep, fearing it was in her apartment. She was especially concerned about her cats, as they would play with it. To be safe, she removed all frames and artwork from the wall, kept her curtains open, and slept on the recliner in case the tarantula was hiding under her bed.

RESCUE AND ADOPTION
Tiny kitten saved from drowning

A man named Kyle, who is not a cat person but the owner of a big dog, saved a little kitten just in time. He saw the kitten fall into a barrel of water on a surveillance camera and quickly came to her rescue. Kyle filmed the rescue and discovered that the kitten was still in the barrel. After tipping it over, he dried the soaked cat off and comforted her.

He took her to the vet the next day and found out she was healthy and around four to five weeks old. Interestingly, the vet discovered that the kitten had polydactyly, meaning she had an extra toe on both front paws.

Kyle, who prefers dogs, couldn't resist the charm of a kitten. Despite initially claiming not to be a cat person, the little cat quickly won over Kyle and his wife. They decided it was time for the kitten, named Lilo, to meet their Saint Bernard puppy, Winnie. Lucky for them, Winnie took on the role of protector and lovingly welcomed Lilo into the family.
