Adorable Three-Legged Cat Discovers Perfect Forever Home
A resilient cat named Wizard suffered a life-changing injury and had to have a leg amputated.
Despite his loving spirit, he had trouble finding a forever home until the Moody family sponsored his adoption fee.
They were drawn to Wizard not only because of his charm but also because his new dad is also an amputee.
Wizard met his new family and they instantly fell in love. The Lynchburg Humane Society shared his story on Facebook, receiving positive reactions.
The shelter believes that Wizard is incredibly happy and content in his wonderful new home, filled with love and care.

Internet in Laughter as Cat Thinks Baby Stuff Belongs to Him
A cat named Kingston became popular on TikTok for taking over all the baby things his owner purchased.
The clip shows Kingston lying on the crib, stroller, and swing rocker, looking at his owner as if to claim them as his own.
The video has already received nearly 1 million views in just one day. While experts debate whether cats can sense pregnancy, they do recognize changes in their owner's behavior.
The video has received over 181,000 likes on TikTok, with users commenting on Kingston's behavior and joking about his "quality control" for the baby items.

A Russian man convicted of torturing and killing his mother's cat has been killed while fighting in Ukraine.
Artem Lavrentyev, from Severodvinsk, Russia, was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison for the abuse.
Russia has been recruiting prisoners to assist in the war in Ukraine. Lavrentyev's death was reported by animal-rights advocates who set up a memorial page for the cat he killed.
Lavrentyev and his partner stole the cat and tortured it. Lavrentyev's mother received threatening messages after the cat's death. Lavrentyev was recruited to fight in Ukraine, but it is unclear when.
